I completely agree...which is why I said I don't understand women who CHOOSE not to. I have no doubt that of the 50% quoted in this article that a majority of those women have the option to breastfeed but don't. They are the ones of whom I refer.

I have a hard time believing only 50% breastfeed. With all of the countless benefits to mom and baby, who are these morons who choose not to? I have a 3 month old and work full time. I pump at work and nurse at home...it's a little extra work but it is so so worth it.

How can anyone be so morally depraved as to hurt the most helpless and innocent ones of our society. It is infuriating that these heartless beasts who prey on children walk among us.

Pregnancy is not the choice, it's the consequence. Unprotected sex is the choice and women who don't want a child need to choose to have safe sex or to abstain from it. Once she is pregnant, her time to choose has passed and she has a responsibility to the new life insider her.

Gotta stand by my country...Go USA! Soccer is the best sport in the world and will soon be the most popular sport in the country. And I think with all the homelessness, hunger, abused children, etc.... it's nice to have something like soccer to unite people and countries.

I am a conservative Republican with two school age children. Just like everyone else, I can find plenty to criticize about Obama, politicians in general, the economy, health care, etc. But I love that President Obama wanted to speak to the children and I love his speech.
